What do we want to achieve together
- Key Responsibilities:
- Hubspot configuration and management
- Maintain and optimize Hubspot platform to support outreach growth sales/CSM agent efficiency
- Marketing Automation and Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and staff efficiency using HubSpot.
- segment audiences and tailor marketing efforts to different customer personas.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Analyze outbound campaign performance using HubSpot's analytics tools and provide feedback to the team.
- Offer data-driven recommendations and insights to management to improve marketing efforts, ROI, and staff performance.
- Training and Support
- Provide training and ongoing support to team members on HubSpot best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, CSM teams to ensure alignment
- Collaborate with others departments to ensure seamless implementation of strategies
- Partner with the content team to track performance and effectiveness of sales strategies and improve them.
What do you need to be successful in this role
- Qualifications and Soft Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Hubspot
- Hubspot certifications in Sales and service (Marketing is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and assess campaign performance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaboratively manage projects with Sales, CSM teams
