What do we want to achieve together

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Hubspot configuration and management
  • Maintain and optimize Hubspot platform to support outreach growth sales/CSM agent efficiency
  • Marketing Automation and Campaign Management:
  • Develop and implement automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and staff efficiency using HubSpot.
  • segment audiences and tailor marketing efforts to different customer personas.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
  • Analyze outbound campaign performance using HubSpot's analytics tools and provide feedback to the team.
  • Offer data-driven recommendations and insights to management to improve marketing efforts, ROI, and staff performance.
  • Training and Support
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members on HubSpot best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Sales, CSM teams to ensure alignment
  • Collaborate with others departments to ensure seamless implementation of strategies
  • Partner with the content team to track performance and effectiveness of sales strategies and improve them.

What do you need to be successful in this role

  • Qualifications and Soft Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Hubspot
  • Hubspot certifications in Sales and service (Marketing is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and assess campaign performance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to collaboratively manage projects with Sales, CSM teams
