CRM and Product Marketing Executive will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our CRM & product strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. This role involves executing and analyzing multi-channel campaigns, leveraging data to draw actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our initiatives. This contributes to strong brand engagement and drives active customer database growth.
Key accountabilities :
CRM
- Analyze data to provide strategic advice to internal management on implementing initiatives that enhance customer experience and response to marketing campaigns and channel preferences.
- Initiate, plan, and lead the execution of loyalty program for both online and retail stores across multiple CRM channels to increase customer lifetime value and improve all key aspects, which are recruitment, repeat purchase and retention.
- Identify customer needs and behavior and define CRM strategy and customer cultivation plan to uplift customer experience.
- Support cross functional teams by performing detailed analysis of customer behavior, uncovering vital insights, identifying key target groups, and assessing the impact of customer engagement and marketing strategies.
- Implement triggered and automated lifecycle journeys, utilizing email and SMS messaging by leveraging data to drive performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using a range of variables and assumptions to guide strategic decisions, optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
- Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Plan and implement omnichannel campaigns with strategy to introduce online platform to offline customers and reverse to always improve omni-channel customer rate.
- Work with CRM and loyalty agency and regional team for brand campaign planning and implementation.
Product Marketing
- Identify market needs and trends to develop category and product strategy to achieve KPI and sales which align with business goals and manage portfolio to accelerate the business growth.
- Work collaboratively with supply chain on demand forecast and ensure timely product launch as per marketing calendar.
- Actively review stocks, GWP, samples for excess inventory, expired and aged stocks and provide recommendation on next step.
- Work collaboratively with VM and Sales team on store planogram optimization. Rationalize product assortment and plan based on sales and strategy.
- Support marketing manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for new product launch and existing products.
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with a diverse team to manage end-to-end campaign execution delivering in full and on-time campaign executions across all channels.
- Plan product strategy and allocation to create omni-channel momentum.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in marketing within a consumer-driven industry and/or loyalty, CRM marketing or product marketing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; adept at interpreting data into actionable insights that can be shared across the organization, including upper-level management.
- Able to critically evaluate complex business issues to develop customer-centric solutions.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, detail-oriented, stay organized, take the initiative, and work on a multitude of ongoing projects at the same time while meeting tight deadlines.
- Willing to go the extra mile and be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Bilingual or highly proficient both spoken and written in Thai and English.
