Responsibilities
- Design and implement personalized CRM journeys that enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data to develop insights-driven CRM strategies that support marketing and sales goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM efforts with broader business development initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging CRM insights to target potential clients.
- Monitor CRM campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize customer lifecycle management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on expanding CRM services and driving revenue growth.
- Make an advance CRM Strategic Planning based on client requirement
Requirements
- Strong background in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to develop customer journey mapping plans in Figma, PPT or other tools. .
- Proven experience in business development and client relationship management within the marketing or CRM field.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve customer journeys.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with marketing, sales, and technical teams to deliver seamless CRM campaigns.
- Work well under pressure
- Be proactive and be able to work independently
