1. PSF calls (Post Service Feedback)

2. Customer periodic service Due follow up and Appointments follow up

3. Cold calling & Campaign calls

4. Maintaining Instant feedback report

5. Preparing Revenue & Technicians performance report daily & Monthly wise

6. Prompting periodic MIS

7. Highly responsive approach to customers and internal staff.
