Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls & outbound calls

Assure satisfactory level of service is being provided to customers

Maintain a polite attitude towards customers when interacting on call.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be comfortable with answering multiple calls per day

Good interpersonal skills

Excellent English communications only

Graduation is mandatory

Undergraduate experience of more than 1 year on paper
