Overview
The role's main objectives are to be a strategic thinker to drive PEPSICO portfolio growth in Wholesale channel thru holistic customer marketing plan, ensure smooth operation on Wholesale selling including running effective WS campaign, deploying WS rebate, designing WS incentives, implementing WS Display program.
Responsibilities
- Annual Volume Objective within A&M budget for Wholesale Channel
- Work closely with Key Account, cross-functional team, to deliver Channel Growth profitably, and grow market-share on assigned channel, continuously.
- Develop and deploy instore activations, including campaigns, merchandising and POP in alignment with marketing activities to reach company target.
- Work with shopper insights team to develop channel strategy and activation plans to drive channel and category growth, leading category management projects
- Build selling story to ensure execution / activations at stores as planned
- Continuous improve shopper-penetration and Lead Category-Management project
- Define & develop Channel Strategy - by WS Types; Active/C&C/Passive
Qualifications
- 5yrs+ experience in Customer (Trade Marketing) /Consumer Marketing
- Experienced in Wholesale channel development and driving category-captaincy would be benefit
- Experienced with direct retailers contacts or shopper research/category management process
- Strong in dealing with data-intelligence agency
- Leadership skills, able to lead team and drive actions
- Innovative thinking: able to lead team in new ways of thinking and
- Good relationship building and teamwork
- Good planning and managing performance of self
- Initiative and flexible
- Work well under pressure
- Good command in both Thai & English
- Computer literature in Microsoft Office
