- To ensure that all inbound customers and principals inquiries have been appropriately handled in the timely manner by assigned staff.
- CRC specialist shall analyst the inquiries received to enable the management team to realize to root cause of problem and propose recommendation to CRC Supervisor wherever is needed for the improvement of service quality.
- Bachelors Degree in any filed
- Experience in Customer Service and Relation Management
- Good communication skill, problem solving, coordinate and following up skills
- Able to work under pressure and enjoy customer interaction
- Computer literacy required
