Job Description

Job Title: Customer Retention Manager

Vertical: Renewal Inbound Outbound (Sales)

Job Type: Full-time

Number of Vacancies: 80

CTC Range: 1.75 LPA to 2.50 LPA (+ 27% of CTC as variable bonus)

HR Checks:

  1. Qualification: Graduation (Full time or Part Time)
  2. Work Experience: 0 to 2+ years
  3. Working Days: 5 days a week
  4. Week off: Sunday Fixed Off and 1 rotational off
  5. Vertical: RIO (Renewal Inbound Outbound)
  6. Process: Voice Only
  7. Shift Timing (Work from Office): Fixed shift for RIO- 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
  8. Transport: NA

Operational Checklist:

  • Good communication in English
  • Understanding of call center operations and alignment with company's goals.
  • Reasons for wanting to join ICICI Lombard/Call center.
  • Motivation for pursuing a career in sales.
  • Mock call to assess sales knowledge and skills.

Interview Process:

  • Two Rounds of interviews: 1 HR Round & 1 Operations Round.
  • Daily Interview Tracker to be sent via email along with the Resume.

Salary Details:

  • Caller CTC Range:For Freshers: 1.75 LPA (Net In hand monthly: 12.5 k /-)
  • For Experienced: Up to 2.50 LPA (Net In hand monthly: 18 k /-)

Job Description:

We are seeking Customer Retention Managers for our Renewal Inbound Outbound (RIO) sales vertical. The role involves engaging with customers to ensure their continued loyalty and satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer retention activities through inbound and outbound sales channels.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and maximize renewal rates.
  • Utilize voice communication to engage with customers and promote product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation (Full time or Part Time)
  • 0 to 2+ years of work experience
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Motivated to work in a sales-oriented role
