About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service, You'll Be Responsible For

  • Process customer orders according to department guidelines and policies.
  • Verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with sales team and customers.
  • Provide direct support, normally by telephone and email, to Sales team and customers.
  • Effectively engage with other departments
  • Communicate with warehouse staff about all order issues.
  • To generate invoice and Credit note
  • Meet quality and productivity and other expectations.
  • To support growing department's capabilities, which may include assisting to build more accessible processes and reduce manual process.
  • Be a good team player.
  • Good computer skill especially, SAP, Outlook, Microsoft, Team
