Basic Functions
Under the supervision of the Supervisor- Customer Service, Asia Pacific, responsible for quotation/order processing and daily communication with internal departments and external customers.
Specific Responsibilities
Provide quality service and act as a key contact point for Kohler Distributors.
Performance accurate system entry on inquiries, quotations, orders and other related document in a timely manner
Process and track inquiries, quotations, orders and other procedures by coordination with different departments according to the Company Policy and Standard Operation Procedure
Communicate with internal departments eg. Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to perform coordination on internal processes
Liaise with internal plants on the production, delivery and shipment schedule to meet the delivery request from customers.
Communicate with external customers on all customer service related issues
To assist supervisor to provide the sales report and other reports requested.
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Skills/Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- College or above graduate with good language skills, major in International Trading is an added asset
- 2 years previous experience with import/export trading or international logistics business
- Fluency in both oral and written English
- Familiar with MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software's
- Good Interpersonal/Communication skills
- Experience with SAP system
- Be able to work under pressure
