Job Description

Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Communicate with customers by answering key questions on product and services
  • Monitor order processing, Solve key problem
  • Maintain customer record by updating account information
  • Cooperate with planning on inventory by providing sales forecast, depends on information from customer, sales and history
  • Monitor/approve quotation
  • Monitor/approve contract such as rebate, claim, invitation, get approval and communicate with customer accordingly.
  • Coach and monitor CS representative on Oracle daily process, contract
  • Communicate with Customer and related department on problem solving

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS: Required Degree or above in Management or Logistics Preferred
  • KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required
  • 5-8 years working experience in international company
  • Have experience in forwarder / logistics field/ CS field
  • Be service-minded and have problem solving skill
  • Good at Microsoft office
  • Fast learner and adaptive
  • Good communication in English and Chinese
  • Proactive and having sense of urgency
  • Work for coating industry under the culture of MNC

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

  • Excellent communicator, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and a strong desire to succeed
  • Strong leadership in managing a team
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious and self-motivated.
  • Strong business knowledge, professional presentation skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Will need to be well organized, proficient at math, have a strong attention to details.
  • Strong cross-function leadership and coordination capability
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret concrete variables
  • Computer experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Good in both written and oral English & Chinese
