Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and product/service information. Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting, and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner. Communicate effectively in English and at least one South Indian language to ensure clear and efficient customer interactions. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers while adhering to company policies and procedures. Adaptability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, to accommodate customer needs.
Qualifications:
Graduation degree or equivalent. Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in any South Indian language. Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required.
