Customer Service Specialist

Reports to : Senior Customer Service Supervisor

Our mission is to ensure to handle customers relationships and orders with high level of services agreement as agreed.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage customers orders with high service level as agreed.
- Manage relationships with local and international customer base and keep the customers informed and updated about order progress.
- Deal with customer enquiries within agreed timeframe.
- Handle customer's complaints and all related activities.
- Create and deliver an excellent customer experience and supporting the sales organization.
- Partner with trust and respect with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive review of sales orders versus forecast for a reliable demand plan.
- Develop IT Projects to enhance Customer Service performance.
Qualified candidates will have
Mandatory requirements:
- Background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Services.
- Solid experience in Customer Service or Commercial/ International ( Local and Export B2B environment).
- Knowledge of SAP and MS office.
Desirable requirements:
- Experience of exporting and local procedures.
- Conversant in English.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and IT skills working in a digital environment.
