Job Description

  • Oversee daily customer service operations, implementing procedures and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, delivering high-quality service that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Manage order acknowledgements, ensuring system updates for production scheduling and material preparation.
  • Provide accurate quotes and follow up with customers consistently.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalated concerns.
  • Assess staffing needs and schedule staff to ensure efficient handling of inquiries and orders.
  • Supervise Customer Service and Inside Sales Representatives, maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting quality metrics.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related subject
  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service role in manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill with Customer-focused and continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in analytic abilities and attention to details
  • Proficiency in utilising supply chain management software, such as Oracle or SAP
  • Good command in English is mandatory
