Job Description
- Oversee daily customer service operations, implementing procedures and ensuring policy compliance.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, delivering high-quality service that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Manage order acknowledgements, ensuring system updates for production scheduling and material preparation.
- Provide accurate quotes and follow up with customers consistently.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalated concerns.
- Assess staffing needs and schedule staff to ensure efficient handling of inquiries and orders.
- Supervise Customer Service and Inside Sales Representatives, maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting quality metrics.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related subject
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service role in manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill with Customer-focused and continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in analytic abilities and attention to details
- Proficiency in utilising supply chain management software, such as Oracle or SAP
- Good command in English is mandatory
