Below is the hiring process for our client:

  1. VETI - 4 and above assessment - TP team to take care.
  2. 3 round of Interviews - HR Interview/VERSANT test/ operations round
  3. AMCAT (SWAR 38)
  4. Teleperformance will Initiate the BGV on the day 0
  5. Permanent employment

*Shift timings :*

1) *Male* - 6am to 1am ( Rotational Shift for 9 hrs )

2) *Female* - 6am to 8pm ( Rotational Shift for 9 hrs )

Required Candidature of the candidate :

  1. Graduate .
  2. Minimum 1 year BPO Experience.
  3. 6 days working.
  4. Candidate should be ok with Rotational Offs. Ok with travelling on their own and should be ok even if Sunday is not a fixed Off / Week off.
  5. Hiring is for all candidates who can work from our office based at Bangalore, Varthur location - B&M.
  6. Candidates should have all documents relevant to submit for OB and BGV
  7. Onboarding / Induction will be at Smart works office, Varthur location.
