Role : Customer Support Executive

Languages : Tamil,Telugu,Malayalam,Kannada,Hindi

CTC 18,000/- & Take home 14,000/-

Malayalam Process

CTC 18,000/- & Take home 14,400/-

Incentives 30,000 to 40,000

Qualifications and Skills

Good communication skills in English and regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi)

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Good organizational and time management skills

Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide prompt and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat

Assist customers with product or service-related inquiries and issues

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving problems in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Manage and resolve customer complaints or conflicts.
