- Managing the orders efficiently.
- Handling both B2C and B2B customers through chat or calls.
- Creating tickets and managing accordingly.
- Assigning orders to mechanics and ensuring the order is fulfilled efficiently.
- Follow-up with customers and mechanics.
- Ensure to provide the best customer experience.
- Creating daily reports in terms of order counts.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years experience.
