Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of security tools, devices, and solutions, such as firewall configuration, VPN, and security patch management
- Coordinate vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and manage relationships with external MSSPs
- Work with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC to implement secure designs, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance
- Perform security monitoring, analyze logs, and handle incident response in collaboration with internal teams and external MSSPs
- Lead company-wide security awareness initiatives, including phishing training campaigns
- Continuously enhance security operations, policies, and procedures for ongoing improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security or related fields
- At least 5-7 years of experience in cyber security, infrastructure and network security, or related disciplines
- Hands-on experience in administering security tools and solutions, including firewalls, IPS/IDS, WAF, PAM, and vulnerability scanners
- Familiar with cloud architecture and various platform and technology stacks
- Hands-on experience in system hardening and configuration
- Strong expertise in incident management and response
- Experience in handling vendor relationships, particularly with MSSPs
- Good command of spoken and written English
