Data Analyst Internship

Job Description: Data Analyst Intern - Real Estate Development at Prinsiri Public Company Limited

Prinsiri Public Company Limited, a leading real estate firm based in Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled data analyst intern to join our team. We expect the intern to commit to a minimum of 3 months with the company. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing real estate data and competitor's product data to support decision-making for the company's real estate development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze real estate datasets using Google BigQuery and Google Datastudio
• Web scrape competitor's product data using Selenium
• Determine the potential value of land for development by comparing and evaluating real estate projects already selling near the potential land piece
• Develop and maintain reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making in the real estate development industry
• Clean and prepare real estate and competitor data for analysis
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large real estate datasets
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google BigQuery, Google Datastudio and Selenium for web scraping
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including remote work
• Knowledge of the real estate development industry and market trends is a plus

This is a full-time internship position. After the first month, the position will transition to a paid role with a compensation package of up to 2000 THB per day.
