Roles and Responsibilities

• Track and manage inventory levels of system air-conditioners across various locations.
• Analyze inventory turnover rates, carrying costs, and stock levels to recommend adjustments.
• Collect and analyze inventory data, including sales trends, order patterns, and stock discrepancies.
• Generate and present regular reports on inventory performance, covering metrics like stock outs, overstocks, and order fulfillment rates.
• Collaborate with demand planners and supply chain teams to align inventory levels with forecasted demand and production schedules.
• Use forecasting tools and data to predict future inventory needs and support strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM) are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analyst role or inventory management, supply chain management, or a related role, preferably within the HVAC or air-conditioning industry.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Good command in English and Thai.
