Manage data product operations, including without limitation, control technical standards of data to be acquired, prepare data for continuity of and compatibility toward business demands, perform or manage data segmentation, assess data issues and provide solutions to such issues. This role would involve in leading operations of data acquisition and enrichment projects.
Accountable for data quality control and data operation improvement, including without limitation, developing models to test reliability of data, performing gap analysis, and analyzing diverse groups of data using set operations or other calculations, etc.
Work with cross-functional teams to assure operation excellence of data product, i.e., data engineers, data scientists, data management teams, and general users of data.
Act as a data product champion as required. This position shall involve in setting trainings for users of data and supporting usage of data.
Support on planning and establishing short-term and long-term goals advancing productivity of data operations pursuant to the corporate directions and the data product roadmap.
Qualification:
B.S. in a field emphasizing on quantitative Statistics, Data Science, Information Management, or equivalent work experience.
2 5 years of professional experience, with background in data management, data operations, data analytics, DMP, CDP, CRM, and/or data-driven digital advertising.
1 2 years of professional experience in project management and/or product operations.
Experience in creating and managing Business Intelligence Tools, especially Tableau.
Advanced in Excel (pivot and advanced formulas) and highly knowledgeable in SQL.
Able to translate and turn technical languages into generally understandable communication.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Experience in working with media agency, advertising agency, data-driven firm, and/or consulting firm would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
