Data Science Manager

Responsibility

• Design and implement scalable and secure database architectures
• Create and implement resilient software applications
• Deploy and maintain software systems with a focus on reliability and scalability
• Embrace and implement DevOps principles, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
• Document software applications to ensure clarity and maintainability

Qualification

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience
• Demonstrated expertise with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue JS or React/Next JS
• Experience in one or more object-oriented programming languages, including Python, Java or C++
• Strong proficiency in designing database architectures and querying databases using SQL
• Experience with operations research, optimization techniques, and simulations
• Advanced statistical and mathematical skills
• Competence in data manipulation, statistical modeling, and data visualization in Python or R
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Experience with cloud computing platforms would be of advantage
