At Routekey, we are currently collaborating with a leading organization in Thailand in the search for a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of Growth Specialist. We are seeking an individual with a robust background in strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to identify new opportunities for expansion, enhance product adoption, and maximize user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and fine-tune pre-trained language models for generative AI solutions to align with
project objectives.
- Oversee the deployment of optimized Large Language Models (LLMs) and pipelines, ensuring seamless transition to production environments.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced language models to support diverse content generation initiatives.
- Define and execute agile project workflows, maintaining rigorous timelines and resource management for successful project delivery.
- Act as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders and AI vendors, ensuring clear communication of project objectives and alignment with technological solutions.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to derive actionable insights, enabling data-driven product development and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Data Science with a focus on project management.
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Skilled in analyzing high-volume and complex datasets from diverse sources.
- Knowledgeable in machine learning and deep learning frameworks
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to simplify complex findings for non-technical stakeholders.
