Qualifications and Skills

• Technical Architecture expertise with 7-10 years of experience in the real estate industry
• Strong Solution Design and System Integration skills to deliver functional and fortified architectural forms
• Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture principles and Project Management to oversee the design process
• Knowledge of Structural Engineering for building stability and safety
• Experience in preparing Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) and material specifications for construction projects

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to create innovative architectural solutions for luxury residential projects
• Develop architectural designs that meet client's requirements while adhering to technical and regulatory standards
• Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and schematics for construction purposes
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery
