Contract Details:

  • Work Location: 106 Moo 4, Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Chalongkrung Road
  • Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
  • Salary Budget: THB 60,000/month

Job Description

1. Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic IT support team in a manufacturing environment. You will provide critical desk-side support for end users, ensuring seamless operations. Your role will involve advanced troubleshooting, managing IT assets, supporting manufacturing IT systems, and ensuring high-quality technical support.

Key Highlights:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Expertise in MS Windows OS, MS Office, and business applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of MacOS, iOS administration, and mobile device support.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and cleanroom IT environments.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

2. Key Responsibilities

You will spend your day performing the following tasks:

  • Technical Support:
  • Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and end-user support.
  • Support manufacturing equipment like handhelds, laptops, and scanners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT device and mobility issues.
  • Manage power shutdown maintenance and ensure device safety.
  • Hardware/Software Management:
  • Install and configure hardware/software for usability.
  • Handle IT asset lifecycle management, including storage, imaging, and disposal.
  • Rack and stack support for infrastructure devices.
  • Network & Communication:
  • Ensure LAN/Wi-Fi/voice and video systems are functional.
  • Coordinate cabling and patching with vendors.
  • Grant physical access for vendors to communication rooms as needed.
  • Manufacturing/Distribution IT Support:
  • Familiarity with IT devices like printers, rugged tablets, and PCs used in manufacturing.
  • Experience working in cleanrooms or GMP/GxP environments.

3. Job Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows and MacOS environments.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in IT asset and mobility management.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with GMP, cleanroom, or manufacturing environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft server support.
  • Experience with ITIL and related certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
  • IT certifications like ITIL preferred.

4. Additional Information

  • Travel Requirements: Yes.
  • Work Environment: Cleanroom/manufacturing environment experience preferred.
