We are recruiting a DevOps Manager for a fast-growing healthcare technology business in Thailand. These positions come with a hybrid working pattern and an attractive package.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain a reliable and scalable infrastructure with a focus on automation and infrastructure-as-code. Implement efficient mechanisms for incident response
- Develop and implement effective monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of infrastructure
- Work with the engineering team to ensure infrastructure plans are practical, secure, and align with requirements
- Lead the design and operation of a Kubernetes-based private cloud system, hosted on-premises
- Mentor and train team members in DevOps practices, providing guidance and fostering skill development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field like Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
- At least 4-5 years of work experience in DevOps
- Proven leadership experience in technical team management
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containerization (especially Docker), and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Experience with CI/CD systems and a solid understanding of system monitoring and incident response
- Hands-on experience with various public cloud platforms
