Plan annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing activities for the operational plan. Support the diverse needs of the Influencer Marketing and Social Media team as directed by the team leader.
Plan and execute marketing budget aligned with the management team's direction.
Support the sales team with marketing documents and create opportunities for online sales.
Manage and deploy advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, LINE, TikTok, Line@, Website, and various online media to maximize sales and customer base.
Adjust advertising methods and marketing campaigns according to the situation, and manage and maintain Facebook accounts, advertisements, and business data.
Report both direct and indirect issues that arise within the team's workflow in order to address and solve problems together.
Continuously study online marketing, competitors, and new tools to develop marketing strategies and understand new advertising techniques.
Analyze, measure, and summarize detailed ads statistics monthly to enhance and develop future work.
Daily report based on sales and expenditure.
Collaborate with other departments related to marketing activities.
Organize marketing activities that the internal team will execute through various marketing channels.
Define all marketing activities with numerical or metric indicators for tracking and evaluation to improve performance.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Digital Strategist.
A bachelor's degree in a marketing course.
Hands-on e-commerce or online marketplace experience.
Knowledge of Online Marketing, SEM, and online Ads.
Digital Marketing Experience.
Advanced Excel knowledge and skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
