Purpose of the Job:
We are seeking a passionate Digital Product Owner to join our dynamic Digital Product Development team. In this role, you will leverage your creativity and expertise to shape strategies for the STA Friends Application and its features, focusing on aligning them with industry trends in the rubber sector, digital platforms, and client business models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the STA Friends Application's digital product and features.
- Act as a client advocate, managing relationships and overseeing the onboarding of partners.
- Serve as a data hub, collecting, analyzing, and managing quantitative data to produce insightful reports and metrics that drive business decisions.
- Document key processes, create pitch decks, and manage contracts.
- Update and maintain product databases to optimize business operations.
- Conduct data analysis to support data-driven decision-making and enhance business processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineer or related field.
- At least 1-2 experience inWeb Application, Application Support or related field.
- Knowledge of BI Tools, Qlik, Tableau, or Microsoft BI is a must.
- Strong understanding of digital product development and client business models.
- Experience in the rubber industry or related sectors is a plus.
- Proven ability to collect and analyze data to generate meaningful insights.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in creating business documents, including reports, pitch decks, and contracts.
