QUNIE Corporation is hiring a Consultant / Senior Consultant for Digital Transformation Team.
This position is to contribute to the Digital Transformation Team inside our Thailand Consulting
Practice. In this role, you will not be responsible for implement ing digital systems, but rather for
providing expert level consulting on digital strategy and advising C level executives on how to
transform their organizations. You will need to have a deep understanding of business and
customer needs to develop tailored transformation plans and provide strategic guidance.
Responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and influencing team members using QUNIE Philosophy.
- Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies
- Benchmarking and assessing the ROI of digital transformation initiatives
- Managing relationships with business partners
- Leading consulting projects
- Providing business consulting project management expertise
- Communicating effectively with all levels of stakeholders
Key Skills
Experience in 4 or more of the following:
- IT Strategy Roadmap
- Digital transformation Strategy (DX Strategy)
- TX & CX
- Data Strategy
- Data Governance
- Operating Model design or IT Operating Model Design
- Cloud Strategy
- Strategic Thinking
- Digital Product Strategy
- Digital Product Management

- Digital HR Transformation
- Business Consulting
- Enterprise Architecture Strategy
- PMO/SPMO
Nice to have:
- Japanese language skills (basic writing and listening)
- Digital solution implementation skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- 2+ years of strategy consulting experience. 4 + years are required for a senior level role.
- 2+ years of experience leading small teams including planning/structuring analytical work and fac ilitating team workshops
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies
- Strong understanding of business and customer needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
