Argyll Scott is helping to client seeking the candidate for Digital Transformation Manager-Manufacturing system. This role will responsible for provide support in delivering technology products that meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities;
- Accountable for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across the organization and with external customers
- Design and enforce Digital Transformation procedure and policy
- Manage overall applications and digital assets for all group company and control DT applications/digital's asset license and architecture inventory to be up to date and mainly focus on IoT, Industry 4.0, Manufacturing related solutions such as CMMS, MES, MOM, WMS, TMS but not limit to
- Develop SLA to be agreed and aligned with Key business stakeholders and control Application operation KPI
- Be responsible for Vendor and contract management of the solution and ensure the vendor assessment to be conducted as regular basis
- Collaborate with Enterprise architecture, Development and End user support teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards
- Support and advise business in implementing and controlling the right access management for all applications and digital assets
- Manage and control compliance and risk management for all applications and digital assets and jointly align with enterprise architecture and Development team to mitigate all related risks
- Review and assess the application usage, performance, value proposition and user's satisfaction in timely manner
- Be leader for application incident and problem management
- Ensure data is handled, transferred, or processed according to legal and company guidelines
Key Qualifications;
- Over 10 years of experience in IT application management, IT Business Partnering, or Digital Transformation
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Partner or equivalent
- Experience in developing and executing strategic plans and/or Application and project portfolios/Roadmap
- Manufacturing require experience in implementation of Industry 4.0 Transformation/MES/MOM, IoT, WMS, TMS (MNC experience is a plus to ensure global practice awareness)
- Advance knowledge of enterprise application and digital technology such Big Data, BI, AI, RPA, ML, AR and VR
- Strong experience in Business Process improvement and connecting the dots from various angles in business areas
- Strong Project and change management skills as well as strong analytical skills, including an understanding of business economics and financial resources
- High Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills both Thai and English
