Job Description
- Leading, strategizing and managing real estate investments.
- Identify and secure investment partners to enhance portfolio growth.
- Oversee the asset management of existing real estate properties to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to attract and secure tenants for office spaces.
- Lead efforts to expand the office leasing business, aligning with company growth objectives.
- Develop and implement processes to establish and grow the real estate team.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
