Base Salary - Maximum 150,000 THB/Month
The Role:
As the Director your remit will encompass strategic planning, operational management, and advocacy. You will be the linchpin in fostering relationships with stakeholders, overseeing the financial health of the organisation, and leading a team towards a unified vision. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating policy changes, coordinating with committees, and representing the companies mission to a diverse audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic organisational plans and manage budgets
- Engage with the Chair of Association, regional leads, and company representatives
- Build and maintain key relationships to secure the organisation's financial future
- Prepare for board meetings and regional updates
- Ensure compliance with legal and governance requirements
- Advocate for policy improvements at senior government levels
- Lead project implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Skills & Experience Required:
- A background in project management, preferably within pesticide management
- Experience in agricultural extension services, development work, or the crop protection industry
- Demonstrated success in communication, advocacy, multi-stakeholder engagement, and government relations
- Analytical skills to interpret complex policy issues and articulate them effectively

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field

Proficiencies:
