Job Description
1Manage and optimize daily operations at Drop-off sites to ensure efficient and smooth logistics services.
2Coordinate with First Mile, Last Mile and partners to address issues arising during goods pick-up and delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction.
3Monitor operational data, identify process bottlenecks, and propose improvement actions to continuously enhance operational efficiency.
4Maintain strong communication with partners to ensure a positive collaboration and jointly drive business growth.
5Develop and enforce operational standards and procedures, training team members to improve overall operational capability.
Job Requirements
1Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management or a related field.
2At least 2 years of experience in logistics operations or a related area, with a preference for experience in managing Drop-off sites.
3Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to navigate complex operational scenarios.
4Familiarity with logistics industry trends and a unique perspective on improving operational efficiency.
5Proven leadership abilities, skilled at motivating the team and driving them towards achieving objectives.
