Job Description

Overview

For his/her group of customers, develop and execute a business plan that

  • Lead E-Com Trade Strategies, breakdown in different sub-channels; Marketplace, Social Commerce, Online Supermarkets, and Delivery plus new emergings.
  • Manage E-Com P&L mix through identifying Growth & D&A projection by sub-channels.
  • Lead as a champion with Brand Marketing and Cross-functions in turning Consumer Brand Plan into Trade Plan among the aspects of Assortment, Listing, Distribution, Bundled Pricing, Placement on Apps, Visibilty Designs, Promotions, NPDs, and Event Activities.
  • Lead data insights (full transactions) across tools of Marketplace Seller Center, TikTok Seller Center, Web-scraping Apps.
  • Work closely with Group KAMs team to achieve Growth KPIs.
  • Partner with Indochina Digital and Media capability team to ensure all teams deliver the KPIs.
  • Supervise Graphics Design Assistant Manager.
  • Perform E-Com group Forecasting with Supply Chain and Finance.
  • Recruit new Apps / Platforms each year (15% Sales Contribution)
  • Lead cross-channel programme; eGTM (GroNext) and Grab Traditional Trade Franchise.
  • Develop Exclusive Giftsets and Bundles for E-Com, requiring products sourcing, vendors bidding, operational BOM (Bill of Materials) work and financial calculation.
  • Work on Imports and Incubaiton lead; with DKSH for USA range and PepsiCo Incubations Team for Extra Range.

Responsibilities

  • Exclusive and Giftsets Sales Contribution
  • Quality Measurement on Graphics work
  • Timely production of Market Data Reports; Sales, Traffic, Basket Size, Converion, Competitors Movement and Market Share

Qualifications

  • Master Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • 5-7 years of experience in Accounts and E-Commerce management with FMCG multinational companies in Sales function
  • Leadership skills & Great communication skills
  • Accountability and high level ownership
  • Projects lead skill and experience
  • Managing and coaching direct report
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Passed some of recognized Mindsets courses
  • Strong Selling and Presentation skills in both English and Thai
