Ensures brand alignment and the implementation of e-commerce marketing communications strategy
Establishes and manages annual the allocated budget for production, ATL, BTL, campaigns, and events.
Serve as the key person for alignment between all teams to ensure optimal execution of the marketing strategy and campaigns.
Ensure optimal brand representation in all touchpoints off/online
Lead the Always On program to ensure continuous and engaging brand presence.
Manage the executions of all communication plans to support all campaigns and projects across all touchpoints off/online.
Develop marketing initiatives and events to increase brand visibility, traffic, and sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotions and events.
Plan, produce, and coordinate on premium for on-ground activities aligning with the given budget and timeline (plan budget, process timeline, Document e.g. QT/INV, prepare storage, contact vendor for transport)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on event marketing and Marketing Communication.
Proven track record in event management and marketing.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
Creative thinking and a supportive attitude towards teamwork
