Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales, increase conversion rates, and enhance the user experience across all digital platforms
Monitor each platform's performance, analyze traffic data, and use analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the user journey
Drive E-commerce channel to achieve sales and key KPI through the development and execution of E-Commerce strategy
Working with internal team such as Digital Marketing , Marketing Planner and Infrastructure Team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of working experience in E-commerce online sales all platforms
Has understanding of online consumer behavior, online/ ecommerce trends, ecommerce performance metrics
Strong analytical skills and proficiency analytics tools to measure performance and make data-driven decisions
Able to solve the problem effectively with strategic thinking skill
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, collaboration, and organization.
