Responsible for managing e-commerce P&L to achieve monthly targets.
Ensure team members meet their delivery targets, manage challenges, and strengthen the team's e-commerce capability.
Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth, implementing action plans accordingly.
Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics. Generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure consumer acquisition and retention by implementing satisfaction methods, tools, or programs based on consumer behavior analysis.
Ensure the e-commerce platform complies with data protection regulations and implement security measures to protect customer information.
Ensure inventory stock management is efficient for online and e-commerce sales.
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting brand performance on all platforms, including operations, fulfillment services, marketing, finance, etc.
Customer Service
Oversee and supervise customer service agents and after-sales management processes.
Take ownership of team results and provide leadership by continuously monitoring traffic, highlighting discrepancies, and taking actions when necessary to achieve the company's goals and service level agreements.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
At least 8 years of experience in e-commerce to drive P&L, promotional plan, other relevant projects with a successful proven record.
Good understanding of e-commerce operation, business strategy planning, and development.
Proactive approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Exhibit leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills to influence and drive conversations across functions such as Product operation, marketing, sales support, merchandising, customer service.
Multi-tasking skills and prioritization.
Excellent in English communication both spoken & written.
