Position: E-commerce Manager
Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 THB.

Working Location: Chatuchak / Ladpraw
Working Time: 08.30 - 17.30
Working Day: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategies to grow sales across website, social media, and marketplace channels.
- Oversee daily sales and customer service operations across all online channels for smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Keep product listings and prices accurate across all platforms to provide consistency and transparency.
- Improve customer experience by enhancing website navigation, product info, checkout, and service response times.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversions, and ROI for online marketing efforts.
- Guide the marketplace team to achieve KPIs, coordinate training, and work closely with marketing and logistics for company-wide alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in e-commerce management.
- Good command in English
- Strong knowledge of online, performance metrics, and customer service.
- Experience in consumer audio, musical instruments, marketplaces, or modern trade is a plus.
