What you'll do:
Implements the Electrolux Manufacturing/ Production System (EMS/EPS) inside the plants/warehouses, trains people on the EMS/EPS principle and makes them apply the principle in their own working area, with the aim to improve efficiency and quality, and reach cultural change. The scope of impact and required knowledge and expertise determine the level of the Change Agent.
In detail, you will:
- Support the implementation of EMS methods and tools throughout the factory
- Train and support all factory employees (both white and blue collars) as well as managers in using EMS tools and encourage the implementation of best practices.
- Create documentation on the best practices of the factory and make them public
- Support team members in acquiring EMS certificates by training for EMS methods and tools
- Analyze and assess the manufacturing processes, make corrective actions
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of the productivity
- Support and take active part in preparation for the EMS Performance assessment of the factory
- Lead improvement projects by involving the relevant departments and supporting implementation
- Create yearly EMS action plan (dashboard).
- Create monthly performance Lean report by activities, actions, results to Global Operations Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience of Lean project implementation from international manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of products, Lean Manufacturing, and material supply process
- Demonstrate good leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Positive mindset with ability to motivate and convince people
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good level of English

You will be based in our Rayong factory and report to Plant Manager.
