Enterprise Architect (Onsite, Thailand) Contractor Role
About the Role:
Arc is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect for an exciting 2-month, full-time contract role based in Thailand. This onsite position involves designing and managing the application architecture for a large-scale financial program, with a strong emphasis on microservices and cloud-native design patterns. If you have a solid background in enterprise architecture within the financial sector and are fluent in Thai, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and oversee the program-level application architecture, focusing on microservices and cloud-native application design.
- Develop architecture standards, ensure alignment across the application landscape, and govern squad-level designs.
- Assist in analyzing and selecting technologies at both squad and program levels to fit strategic requirements.
- Provide architectural support and guidance to development squads for their specific applications and components.
- Help establish program governance structures to align architectural decisions with strategic goals and best practices.
Required Experience:
- Demonstrated success in developing architecture frameworks for complex applications, preferably within banking or financial services.
- 10-15 years in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture role within the banking sector.
- Extensive experience with mobile app ecosystems, cloud computing, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience in integrating multi-platform systems, including legacy and cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, financial industry standards, and risk management.
- Proven problem-solving skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for streamlined deployment.
Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours/week; contract starting ASAP.
