Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Roadmap
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy that aligns with stakeholder objectives.
- Identify opportunities in the market and customer needs related to ERP systems.
- Create and manage a technology product roadmap, integrating emerging technologies with potential applications.
- Define and communicate the value proposition of the ERP platform.
Requirements Definition and Prioritization
- Gather and prioritize user stories and ERP features based on their business value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and market trends related to ERP systems.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog for ERP projects.
- Define user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for ERP technology projects.
Technology Solution and Delivery
- Work closely with development and implementation teams to ensure ERP solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide guidance and clarification to ERP development teams during implementation.
- Monitor project progress and address any obstacles to delivery.
Stakeholder Communication
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their ERP-related needs and challenges.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and ERP technology teams, ensuring alignment.
- Effectively communicate ERP project updates and outcomes to stakeholders.
Usability and User Experience
- Ensure the ERP product is user-friendly and fits well with business processes.
- Collect user feedback specific to ERP systems and integrate usability improvements into product development.
- Prioritize features that enhance the user experience on the ERP platform.
Product Performance and Optimization
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of the ERP product.
- Identify and address areas for improvement based on data-driven insights within the ERP context.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the ERP platform's functionality and performance.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure ERP technology solutions adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
- Identify and mitigate technology-related risks specific to ERP systems.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to address ERP-related issues.
People Management
- Lead and mentor the ERP product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Facilitate effective communication and cooperation within the ERP team.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
- Certification in product management or agile methodologies is preferred.
- 15 years of experience in product ownership or related roles, particularly with SAP systems.
- Proven success in delivering digital products or services within the SAP domain.
- Familiarity with ERP processes and technologies.
- Experience in Project and Supplier Management.
- Good Command in English
