We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Event Manager & Coordinator to join our vibrant team. You'll play a pivotal role in bringing Yona Beach Club to life, managing all aspects of event planning, and coordination.
Responsibilities:
Events:
Develop and execute creative event concepts that align with Yona's brand identity and target audience.
Manage event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor selection (decoration set up, props), and budget control.
Oversee event set-up and breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, entertainment) to guarantee smooth event execution.
Serve as the primary liaison for private events on Yona, ensuring effective communication between clients and the operations team.
Coordinate and manage all client requirements and preferences for private events, ensuring smooth execution.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or marketing.
Proven track record of creating successful and engaging events.
Be well-connected with suppliers in Phuket to facilitate sourcing of necessary materials, equipment, and services for private events.
Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate an eye for decoration and set-up, ensuring that event spaces are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with client preferences.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management tools and social media platforms.
A creative and energetic personality with a passion for the hospitality industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
