Role Overview

As an Online & Offline Event Manager at TokenMinds, you will be a key member of our strategic team, responsible for organizing, managing, and executing high-profile events that shape our brand presence both digitally and physically. Your role will be essential in creating engaging and memorable experiences that resonate with the blockchain community and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of online and offline events, from webinars and virtual meetups to industry conferences and partner showcases, ensuring smooth logistics, high engagement, and brand alignment.

Audience Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain event audiences, leveraging content, social media, and community channels to drive awareness and maximize attendance.

Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and industry stakeholders, collaborating to expand reach, enhance event offerings, and secure partnerships that elevate our brand.

Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event analysis to measure success, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for future improvements, optimizing event impact and refining future strategies.

Budget Management: Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in event management, preferably within the tech or blockchain industry.

Proficiency in event management platforms (like Eventbrite, Zoom, Hopin), virtual office tools (Gather, Slack), and a strong command of English (verbal and written).

A proactive, energetic mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive under pressure.
