Scope of Program:

This is a commission-based internship role as a Sales and Outreach Intern, focused on performance and business development. In this position, you'll work from our Bangkok City location with the flexibility of some remote work. As a Sales Intern, you'll be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals. Your role will involve generating leads, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and contributing to the expansion of our business. This role is ideal for those looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and are motivated by results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and sponsors.
  • Support the creation and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Track sales performance, analyze results, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in networking events and represent the company at industry-related functions.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about events and the creative process.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Thai. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
  • Experience in event planning or marketing is a plus.
  • A passion for event planning, marketing, and a willingness to learn is highly valued
