Job Description
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as phone calls, emails, and mail
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or staff
Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, correspondence, and maintain accurate records, files, and database
Serve as a point of contact for external vendors, clients and partners, and assist with onboarding, maintaining employee records, and facilitating internal communications
Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and initiatives as needed, keep department files and records updated and well-organized
Prepare internal and external memos and emails for efficient communication
Process payroll for Cabin Crew, including claims, sector allowances, short payments, and productivity tracking
Track departmental office supplies, including stationery and documentation stock, ensuring sufficient inventory levels
Manage the inventory of uniforms and accessories to ensure proper distribution and availability
Track all medical certificates (MC) and verify records for accuracy
Maintain and update Cabin Crew records using the AIMS system and staff travel requisitions for company-related trips
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any related field
0-2 years of experience in administrative work
Good communication skills in speaking and writing (English and Thai)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to work in flexible time
