Understand client's needs and identify the opportunities for the bank
Manage profitability/performance/and quality of assets in the portfolio according to guidelines of the bank
Establish relationships with new clients and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with existing clients
Design call plan/customer visit plan
Create and execute account plans for the clients under one's portfolio
Identify the business needs of clients and perform credit worthiness and risk appetite of portfolio clients in order to introduce them suitable products to maximize portfolio revenues.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of business solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance or other quantitative disciplines (i.e., engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics, etc.). An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc Finance, etc.) or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, etc.) is helpful but not required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, e.g., Corporate finance, Cash Management, investment research, treasury, etc.
Demonstrated quantitative skills and proven ability in financial statement analysis.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Ambitious, confident self-starter looking to make positive contributions to the growth of a newly establish team.
