Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Business Development, Marketing, & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Develop sales strategies and conduct client presentations to secure new contracts and expand market reach. Perform market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use this research to inform strategic decisions and product development.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of various departments. Monitor operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve productivity and quality. Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new ideas and technologies. Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support business decisions. Create and manage budgets, track financial performance, and provide recommendations based on data insights.
- Project Management: Lead and manage key projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Apply project management methodologies to streamline processes and deliver successful outcomes.
- Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC): Support the development and implementation of GRC frameworks to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements. Monitor and manage risks, conduct audits, and ensure effective governance practices.
- Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development: Demonstrate entrepreneurial skills by taking ownership of projects, managing risk, and seeking out new opportunities. Foster a culture of innovation and proactive problem-solving within the team. Take initiative in leading cross-functional teams and projects to build your leadership skills.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Degree in IT Business, IT Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, ICT or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of IT solutions, systems, and technologies. Familiarity with SaaS business, business software, cloud technology, cybersecurity, and AI.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Ability to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively. Proactive attitude with a strong desire to innovate and drive business success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Operational Acumen: Understanding of operational processes and the ability to manage and optimize day-to-day functions.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced industry.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Thai and English is preferred, with strong language skills to communicate effectively in business contexts. (English certificate required)
