Responsibilities
Driving expansion of Battery Smarts Partner network across the city by planning and executing the best strategies to scale up fast
Meeting and educating prospects about our Battery swapping technology and various investment proposals depending upon the type and quality of
the prospect.
Negotiations, execution of contracts and ensuring timely payment realization from Partners.
Building and maintaining long term relationships with existing partners and regularly monitoring their performance.
Tracking and analyzing competitors and new technologies around Battery swapping.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Sales preferably at a fast growing start up.
Ability to work with aggressive targets and thinking out of the box solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly Self driven.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
