Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Prepare and manage all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely shipment of goods.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and documentation for audit purposes.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding shipment status, documentation requirements, and any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on changes in export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Assist with resolving any documentation discrepancies or issues that may impact shipment clearance.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to optimize export processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed regarding export documentation and compliance matters.
Required Candidate Profile :-
- Bachelor's degree in business, international trade, or a related field.
- Previous experience in export documentation or international logistics.
- Strong understanding of export regulations, documentation requirements, and INCO terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
