Objectives:
To drive international sales growth in existing and new markets to achieving sales target as well as building and maintaining customer relationship.

- Thai nationality only !!!
- Proven Sales Experience: at least 3 years of hands-on experience in international sales. Experience in exporting F&B is a plus!
- Language Skill: proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of International Trade: understand of international trade terms, processes, laws & customs regulations, and documentation.
- Market Knowledge: familiarity with global market, understand cultural differences and consumer behavior.
- Negotiation Skill: strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Analytical Skill: ability to research and analyze market trends, sales data to identify market opportunities.
- Problem-Solving: strong problem solving and decision-making skill in fast-paced environment.
- Sales Oriented: stay focus and hungry to achieve target.
- Education: at least Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Key Activities:
- Sales Generation: identify and pursue business opportunities in international markets to achieve sales target.
- Market Research: conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences as well as identify a new market opportunity.
- GEO Focus: develop and implement sales strategies of assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets according to each market opportunities and adapt strategies to a changing market conditions.
- Customer Management: build and nurture relationships with international customers and distributors as well as addressing their needs.
- Negotiation: negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to secure favorable agreement.
- Compliance: ensure that all export activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Sales Forecasting and Planning: analyze sales data and market trends to accurately forecast future sales of assigned territory.
- Reporting Sales Performance: track sales metrics to assess sales performance, identify areas for improvement, improve sales strategy as needed to meet goals and prepare reports to management.
- Business Travel: attend exhibitions and travel abroad as required.
